The legal rights enjoyed by Customers allow them, for any personal reasons they may consider relevant, to return their purchases within a period of 14 calendar days of the day after receipt of the purchase by the customer, in accordance with the right to cancel the purchase agreement. If use is made of the warranty process, users must contact us by completing the WARRANTY form or by sending an email to: garantía@jewelsbyolga.com
JbyO reserves the right to reject any refund not declared or dispatched within the established period, or any article which is not in exactly the same condition as that in which it was received. The shipment costs of refunds will be borne by the customer, as set out in the Spanish General Consumer and User Protection Act.
You must to this end inform "JbyO" by email of your intentions, for it to inform the Customer and facilitate the appropriate method for this procedure, in order to facilitate the return.
Returns will be accepted following authorisation provided that:
A. The article is returned to its origin/sender by the means made available and authorised to the Customer by JbyO.
B. The article is in perfect condition and has not been improperly handled. Improper handling could be the main reason for any breakage or defect of the product. High-price products are not necessarily delicate products.
C. The article must arrive in its original packaging as received, with all components and elements. Partial shipments are not accepted. Damage or loss of any part of the individual or batch components of an article (earrings, for example) does not allow for the processing of your claim, and we reserve the right to bill you for any associated expense.
D. The article must be accompanied by the delivery note and a written text explaining the reasons for the return. If the reason for the return is a defect attributable to JbyO (factory defects or service errors) the original shipment charges will be refunded, together with any possible charges derived from the return.
Following receipt of the article at source and confirmation that the conditions established by JbyO have been fulfilled, the issue will be resolved by means of replacement of the same product, repair or refund of the cost of the article at the price paid for it within a period of no more than 10 days, and by the means agreed by the twoparties.
Our intention is to satisfy our customers as far as possible, and JbyO will dedicate all efforts to resolve any extraordinary circumstances SUFFERED by the article purchased and which do not comply with the legal standards (for example the accidental loss of a component...) and may on an exceptional basis offer some solution for the product. Consideration of this option may be subject to an additional administrative, processing and shipment cost, of which the customer will be informed in order to give consent.
